Order/Shipping Information Once an order is placed expect 12-14 days for your order to arrive to you. Please keep in mind this is a small home-based business so I do not keep a large inventory in stock. Often it is only after an order is received that I prepare the candles. I ship all packages using USPS Priority Mail. If you are in need of placing a large order (10 or more items) you may email me before placing the order to ensure fulfilment can be meet within the 14 day time line. Store Policy Returns will not be accepted for buyers remorse. For items damaged during shipping please contact me immediately. It is at my discretion whether to replace the item or to issue a refund. In some cases, if insurance was purchased buyer maybe asked to present item and shipping contents to the post office for inspection. For any other issues (ex: wrong item sent etc), please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item with the exact nature of the problem. I will review your concern and determine an appropriate action. Please advise that after 14 days I can not guarantee a replacement or refund. |
